Execution driven by experience
Rushikant Shinde leads the IR and Government Handling function at The Pragati Group with decades of experience and a deeply established presence across the administrative and public affairs ecosystem. With deep expertise in the Mathadi Act and prior experience serving within the Mathadi Board, he brings rare institutional insight to the Group’s engagement with government bodies, labour authorities, police departments, and key stakeholders.
Known for his influence, credibility, and command over complex stakeholder environments, he plays a critical role in resolving sensitive matters and strengthening the Group’s institutional standing. His leadership gives The Pragati Group a distinct advantage wherever trust, presence, and strategic access matter most.
